Meeting 10.02.22 (Into project introduction with Marc)
- ADEO with same set-up as Decathlon, Marc more responsible for warehouse in the South
- Digital platform team that assess the right level of integration into the ADEO structure “SAAS mode vs. closer integration”; BU’s are not forced to use the tools offered
- Biggest BU is Leroy-Merlin
- Packaging can be subcontracted or inhouse
- Pain:
- BIggest pain with the operations team, either out-of-stock or too much stock (we pay for extra warehouse) - Stock out is bigger issue
- Constraints:
- Full trucks
- Storage capacity (?)
- Scope
- Anvers (because they have more capacity to support the project)
- “Validate the solution by end of June 22”
- Set up 1 warehouse by the end of Dec 22
- Set up 2nd warehouse by Mar 23
